Q - How often should I pump my septic tank?
A - Every situation is different, in most cases you should have the tank pumped every two to three years.

Q - What do I do if my lift station alarm is going off?
A - Don't panic. When the alarm goes off, typically you will have capacity to last a day or two before the lift station fills to the top. Give us a call right away and we will come check the issue.

Q - Will you remind me when it is time to pump my septic tank?
A - We can, if you want to provide us with your email address, our system will send you an email when it is time to schedule your next pump out.

Q - How often should I have my aerobic treatment unit serviced?
A - It is recommended that the units be serviced every 6 months.

Q - Are baby wipes OK to flush down the toilet?
A - No. Baby / sanitary wipes do not break down like toilet paper and are not recommended to be flushed down any toilet, ever!

Q - My toilets are gurgling, does that mean it is time to pump my tank?
A - Every situation is different, first step is to pump the tank, then if the toilets are still acting funky, then you most likely have a clogged pipe that will need to be cleared.

Q - Can I drive on my septic system?
A - No, it is not recommended to drive on your septic system, you can break pipes, or compact the soil and do some real damage to it.
